All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and store closures.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow additional time for your package to arrive after it has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Andrea’s Kloset is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Andrea’s Kloset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you experience an issue with delivery.
