Shipping Policy 

⁃ Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of all orders. Once order is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. We ship out on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Orders are shipped UPS GROUND 1-5 business days or USPS Priority Mail, not including weekends or holidays. DHL International shipping is 7-14 business days after processing.

Refund Policy

⁃ We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to return the item back to us. Please contact us before sending any items back or we will refuse any return made without an approval. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs/fees. Return labels are not provided. Andrea’s Kloset does not offer refunds, store credit only. Please allow 1-5 business days (not including weekends) to receive your store credit minus shipping cost. All items must be unworn, free of smoke odor and in the same condition as they were sent. ALL SWIMWEAR SALES ARE FINAL.
